Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the creation and execution of Julphar's business development strategy, driving financial growth and opening new revenue streams. Reporting to senior leadership, the role covers global market access, product registration, and strategic partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive BD strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyse product distribution needs and design profitable distribution models.
• Initiate and manage brand registration processes across target countries, including forecasting, pricing, and market‑share projections.
• Source, screen, and evaluate new products and business opportunities, providing competitive intelligence.
• Build and maintain relationships with statutory authorities, governing bodies, and distribution networks to secure market advantage.
• Lead contract negotiations and coordinate cross‑functional teams to finalize agreements.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on strategic projects, market feedback, and revenue performance.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and supporting product development ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct strategic and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product registration and market entry processes globally.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with regulatory authorities and distribution partners.
