Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead Framex Investment’s growth strategy by identifying new market segments, franchise categories and geographic opportunities. This role blends strategic planning with direct client engagement to expand the company’s footprint and service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market segments, franchise categories and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the brand and investor pipeline.
• Provide franchise and investment advisory services to client brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners and industry bodies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Franchise Development and Investor Relations teams on cross‑functional growth initiatives.
• Report on business development performance and pipeline to the executive team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, strategy or consulting.
• Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Experience in franchising, retail or investment sectors is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
