Business Development Manager

About the role

GCC Solutions is seeking a senior Business Development Manager to own the end‑to‑end new‑business pipeline across its corporate services, legal structuring, capital markets and trust businesses. You will generate opportunities through a strong referral network and direct relationships with founders, family offices, fund managers and international companies entering the Gulf.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, pitch and close new business across the group’s service lines.
• Build and maintain a referral network with law firms, accounting practices, private banks, fund administrators, consultants and family offices in the UAE and wider Gulf.
• Develop direct relationships with founders, fund managers and international companies establishing a presence in the region.
• Prepare proposals, fee estimates and engagement scopes; negotiate commercial terms within approved parameters.
• Cross‑sell services across the group and originate work when one entity can meet another client’s need.
• Track competitor positioning and pricing in the UAE and KSA and advise on service packaging.
• Support the Riyadh office expansion by originating Saudi‑market opportunities.
• Maintain the pipeline in Zoho CRM and provide weekly forecasts and conversion reports.
• Represent the group at conferences, chambers of commerce and industry events across the Gulf.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of business development, sales or client origination experience, including at least three years selling professional services such as corporate, legal or financial services.
• Proven track record of originating and closing new business with measurable results.
• Existing professional network in the UAE that can be activated immediately – the most critical requirement.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mainland and free‑zone business structures, licensing and foreign company establishment.
• Commercial judgement to qualify opportunities and walk away from poor‑fit projects.
