Business Development Manager – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Estative Technologies Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in its real‑estate development and marketing business in Dubai. The role focuses on creating new partnerships, expanding the client base and closing commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities and strategic partners in the real‑estate and investment sectors.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with developers, brokers and investors.
• Present Estative’s solutions, negotiate terms and close commercial contracts.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and regularly report progress to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings and conferences.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation and branding activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in real‑estate or investment business development.
• Strong networking, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working six days a week.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (experience in Dubai is a plus but not mandatory).
