About the role

Step into Dubai’s dynamic property market on Sheikh Zayed Road with a leading brokerage located in API World Tower. This entry‑level sales role offers full training, direct hiring (no agency), and the chance to build a career in one of the world’s fastest‑growing real‑estate markets.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the characteristics of Dubai’s neighborhoods—from Marina to Mirdif—to present them confidently to clients.
• Contact potential buyers and tenants via calls and WhatsApp, arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Show properties, answer client questions, and negotiate deals under the guidance of senior agents.
• Maintain the CRM system accurately to track leads and follow‑ups.
• Handle real‑estate paperwork, including contracts and permits, ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to learn and take part in structured training.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic, Russian or Hindi a plus.
• Residency in the UAE.
• Resilient mindset that treats rejection as feedback.
