Business Development Manager Tyres, Batteries & Lubricants

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the expansion of the Tyres, Batteries, and Lubricants (TBA) portfolio across fleet, retail, and government channels in Abu Dhabi. This is a hands‑on, ground‑up opportunity to shape a new business line for a leading UAE automotive group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of tyres, batteries, lubricants and related spare parts across fleet, retail and government customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government entities for brand registration, vendor onboarding and tender participation.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Build a local network with Abu Dhabi fleet operators, dealers and trade partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies to inform commercial decisions.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of UAE automotive aftermarket or B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Fluent Arabic (essential) and strong English communication skills.
• Proven track record in government liaison, vendor registration and tender management.
• Established network among Abu Dhabi fleets and trade partners.
• Dynamic self‑starter with a valid UAE driving licence.
