About the role
Group-IB is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its META Sales Team and drive strategic growth of cybersecurity solutions across the United Arab Emirates, with a primary focus on Abu Dhabi and government‑related entities. You will generate high‑value opportunities, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and promote advanced cyber‑defence offerings to public‑sector and critical‑infrastructure clients.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across the UAE, concentrating on Abu Dhabi government and semi‑government organisations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior officials, regulators and public‑sector decision‑makers.
- Conduct consultative discussions aligned with UAE digital‑transformation initiatives and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Identify opportunities by understanding public‑sector priorities, regulatory requirements and compliance needs.
- Position Group‑IB solutions—including threat intelligence, incident response and critical‑infrastructure protection—to meet government demands.
- Strengthen partnerships with system integrators, government‑linked partners and strategic alliances.
- Generate pipeline through direct engagement, networking and partner‑led initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing and regional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting.
- Promote Group‑IB as a cybersecurity authority through thought leadership and consultative engagement.
Required profile
- Proven success in enterprise or strategic account sales within the UAE market, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Strong track record of building relationships with senior government and public‑sector stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate UAE national digital‑transformation and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
