Business Development Officer – Transplant & Community-Based Doctor (CBD) Experience

About the role

The Business Development Officer will promote King’s College Hospital London – UAE and its medical centres, focusing on transplant and community‑based doctor (CBD) services. The role involves building partnerships with doctors, clinics and healthcare networks across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard doctors and healthcare professionals to partner with King’s College Hospital London – UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners, clinics and healthcare networks across the region.
• Develop strategic outreach plans to expand the referral base and clinical partnerships.
• Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
• Manage doctors’ schedules, coordinate appointments and facilitate communication between departments.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with clinics, non‑profit organisations and corporate partners.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare business development or medical recruitment.
• Strong network of medical professionals in the UAE and GCC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
