Business Development Representative (BDR) – FinTech

About the role

Join SimCorp’s FinTech team in Dubai as a Business Development Representative (BDR). Reporting to the Managing Director for the Middle‑East and Africa region, you will work closely with sales, pre‑sales and marketing to generate new opportunities across the MEA market and build a pipeline for future sales managers.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media, delivering SimCorp’s value proposition.
• Screen, qualify and nurture inbound marketing leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Conduct account‑based marketing activities to build intelligence, share targeted content and develop relationships with key personas.
• Monitor government and public‑sector tenders in the region and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Manage invitations for SimCorp promotional events, ensuring attraction and retention of prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain and enrich prospect data in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Innovative, curious and collaborative mindset aligned with SimCorp’s values.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders across the MEA region.
• Motivation to grow into a Sales Manager role.
• Experience in B2B prospecting, preferably within FinTech or financial services.
