Business Development Representative Structured Finance

About the role

The Business Development Representative – Structured Finance will join Caterpillar’s Customer Value Solutions & Engagement team in Dubai. You will help design and deliver financing solutions that enable customers to acquire equipment and support dealers with inventory financing. The role works closely with dealers, field teams and internal stakeholders to identify and implement tools that improve cash flow and equipment uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of retail financing options for end‑customers.
• Provide inventory financing solutions for dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers and internal teams to propose tailored financing tools and strategies.
• Leverage machine telematics data to drive dealer‑initiated repairs and increase equipment availability.
• Communicate the value of financing solutions to internal and external stakeholders and deliver training as needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of equipment financing and dealer inventory management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, finance and technical teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
