Business Development Specialist – Dental (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of Charismatic Dental Laboratory for a Business Development Specialist with a dental background and Arabic language skills to join the team in Dubai. The role combines clinical knowledge with sales expertise to create and grow partnerships with dental clinics and practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dental practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, dentists and clinical decision‑makers.
• Convert prospective clients into long‑term partners and drive revenue growth.
• Track leads, conversions and business‑development metrics using CRM or practice‑management systems.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Professional experience in dentistry, either clinical or business‑development.
• Proven sales track record with ability to acquire new clients and generate revenue.
• Relevant degree or professional certification in Dentistry.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, especially in Arabic and English.
