Business Development Specialist

About the role

ABL SAT TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking ambitious Business Development Specialists to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets in the fast‑paced telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals and client meetings.
• Conduct meetings with prospective customers and recommend suitable telecom products and value‑added solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to spot new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the telecom or IT B2B sales field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
