Business Development Specialist – Origination

About the role

The Business Development Specialist – Origination will support ADNOC's logistics arm by analysing business data, monitoring performance, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business data to assess performance of business lines and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather data from multiple sources, ensure data quality, and increase data availability for business units.
• Diagnose performance issues, recommend corrective actions, and support implementation.
• Develop dashboards and business performance reports in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team.
• Support strategic and operational planning through market trend analysis and scenario development.
• Coordinate with business units and governmental agencies to collect and validate data for decision‑making.
• Assist in sales budget forecasting by integrating market intelligence and mathematical models.
• Conduct macro‑economic, competitor, and business development analyses and build financial models to evaluate business cases.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (approximately 72 months).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in logistics, commercial, finance, or related sectors.
