Business Development Team Leader

About the role

INGOT is looking for a high‑energy Business Development Team Leader to drive revenue growth and build a high‑performing sales team in Dubai. You will shape strategy, mentor BDMs, and ensure alignment with the company’s core values of ethics, commitment and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers, providing guidance and resources to exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for existing and new financial products, forecasting revenue and profit.
• Recruit, train and develop relationship‑management staff, ensuring cultural and performance fit.
• Collaborate with other departments to design effective offerings, procedures and promotions.
• Innovate new business development strategies and translate them into profitable ventures.
• Facilitate communication between sales and other functions to maintain a closed‑loop lead and opportunity management process.
• Monitor lead and pipeline data, validate quality and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in the FX and CFD industry.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a sales or BD team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms and market dynamics.
