Business Director – Middle East

About the role

Monster Energy is seeking a Business Director to lead its Middle East operations from Dubai. This senior, high‑visibility position reports directly to the group level and owns the regional profit and loss, bottler relationships, and a growing team of Business Managers across Morocco, Algeria and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional P&L and budgets, acting as the primary contact for Monster’s bottler at group level.
• Lead and develop the Business Manager team, focusing on coaching, culture and capability.
• Drive group‑level commercial strategy with the bottler, from joint business planning to implementation.
• Build a strong team culture across a diverse, multi‑market region, effectively acting as General Manager for the territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, launching new markets, channels or categories.
• Represent Monster at senior level internally and with key bottler and distribution partners across the Middle East.

Required profile

• Approximately 8 years of senior commercial experience within FMCG, preferably beverages.
• Direct experience managing a bottler or franchise system.
• Proven track record of owning a P&L at scale and leading commercial teams.
• Entrepreneurial background in building or launching new businesses, brands or markets.
• Strong cultural agility and ability to lead across diverse markets.
• Executive gravitas to operate as a genuine GM while remaining hands‑on when needed.
