Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across sales, marketing, recruitment and operations at a leading Dubai real‑estate firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio covering sales performance, lead generation, recruitment KPIs and marketing ROI.
• Analyse large data sets to uncover trends, patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical support.
• Automate data collection, validation and reporting workflows.
• Support forecasting and business planning through historical analysis and predictive modelling.
• Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to improve data integrity across CRM, ATS and marketing tools.
• Provide insights on customer behaviour, agent performance, property trends and competitor benchmarking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or strategy, preferably in real‑estate or fast‑paced startups.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and impact‑driven.
