Business Intelligence Data Analyst (Part‑Time, Remote)

About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support a leading AI lab in training language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This part‑time, fully remote position offers flexible hours and immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks.
• Create and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations.
• Develop ad‑hoc SQL data pulls, data‑quality checklists, and metric definition glossaries.
• Produce self‑serve reporting templates for diverse business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Proven ability to translate raw data into clear, decision‑ready business narratives.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication.

Required skills

• SQL
• BI/visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
