Business Intelligence Data Analyst (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its newest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst you will help create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated outputs that support core business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks.
• Perform ad‑hoc SQL data pulls and build data‑quality validation checklists.
• Develop metric definition glossaries and self‑serve reporting templates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the AI team to improve document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck generation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self‑serve analytics.
• Fluent in SQL and proficient with at least one BI/visualisation tool.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
