Business Intelligence Data Analyst – Remote Part‑Time

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its newest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires an experienced Business Intelligence analyst to help create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated outputs that support executive KPI dashboards, performance decks, and self‑serve reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance slide decks.
• Perform ad‑hoc SQL data pulls and develop data‑quality validation checklists.
• Create metric definition glossaries and self‑serve reporting templates for stakeholders.
• Evaluate and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self‑serve analytics.
• Fluency in SQL and proven ability to turn raw data into clear, decision‑ready narratives.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.

What we offer
