About the role

Robot24.com, the leading global platform for robotics news, is seeking a Business News Editor to join its Dubai office. The editor will focus on the business and industry side of robotics, delivering news that reaches founders, investors, and senior executives worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global robotics developments and identify newsworthy stories.
• Write high‑quality business news articles, features and investigative pieces.
• Research companies, markets, funding rounds, acquisitions and product launches.
• Conduct interviews with founders, CEOs, and industry experts.
• Fact‑check information and verify sources to maintain editorial integrity.
• Craft compelling headlines and story angles that simplify complex technical and commercial topics.
• Track emerging trends and report on shifts before they become mainstream.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in business, technology or industry journalism.
• Exceptional written English with a strong editorial voice.
• Ability to work independently, investigate beyond press releases and produce original reporting.
• Experience interviewing senior executives and industry specialists.
