Business Partner Europe West – BU System Formwork

About the role

The Business Partner for Europe West supports the Market Unit and reports to the central function. The role is focused on the System Formwork business segment and requires regular travel across the Europe West region and to the company headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of the Business Unit strategy within the assigned Market Unit in close collaboration with regional stakeholders and central functions.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and competitive trends to support sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and sales initiatives aligned with the Business Unit Business Plan.
• Act as the primary interface between the Business Unit and the Market Unit, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Support local organisations in achieving commercial objectives by identifying improvement opportunities and leading strategic initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, analyse KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Market Analytics, Product Management and regional leadership to deliver business impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, including international exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or Commercial Business Administration.
• Proven experience in commercial and sales activities within construction or supply industries.
• Deep market knowledge of segments, customers and competition in the Europe West region.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long‑term marketing strategies.
• Fluent in English and one additional local language.
