Business Partner – Europe West (Formwork Systems)

About the role

The Business Partner for Europe West will support the Market Unit and act as the key liaison between the Business Unit and regional stakeholders. The role is based in Abu Dhabi but welcomes candidates from the Europe West region who can travel regularly.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of the Business Unit strategy within the assigned Market Unit.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to foster sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and sales initiatives aligned with the Business Unit plan.
• Serve as the primary interface between the Business Unit and the Market Unit, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Support local organisations in achieving commercial objectives by spotting improvement opportunities and leading strategic initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, analyse KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Market Analytics, Product Management, and regional leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, including international exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or Commercial Business Administration.
• Proven experience in commercial and sales activities related to construction or supply industries within the region.
• Deep market knowledge of segments, customers, and competition.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long‑term marketing strategies.
• Technical understanding of slab and wall formwork products.
• Fluent in English and one local language.
• Strong influencer and team‑player attitude.
