MEP Engineer – Swimming Pool & Landscape Projects

About the role

The company seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for swimming pool and landscape projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse architectural drawings, perform hydraulic and electrical load calculations, and prepare technical submittals for pumps, filters, heaters, lighting, and irrigation equipment.
• Supervise on‑site installation, ensure compliance with DEWA and Dubai Municipality regulations, conduct inspections, and resolve technical clashes.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover activities, including pressure testing, equipment calibration, and preparation of as‑built drawings and O&M manuals.
• Provide post‑construction technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and audit existing installations for upgrades.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of DEWA and Dubai Municipality regulations; UAE Society of Engineers membership or DEWA‑approved engineer status is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Hydraulic calculations, pump curves, filtration and water‑chemistry systems.
• Low‑voltage electrical systems and electrical load calculations.
• Irrigation system design and water‑demand calculations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of shop drawings.
