Business Product Officer

About the role

The Business Product Officer will support Etihad's sales function by handling administrative, customer service and operational tasks. The role ensures accurate customer and sales data, processes transactions and prepares reports to keep sales operations efficient and customer service high.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about Etihad products and services promptly and professionally.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records in line with company policies.
• Update and maintain customer master data within company systems.
• Manage promotional, pricing and sales information to ensure accuracy.
• Process sales orders, applying correct products, pricing and discount levels.
• Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports.
• Provide sales teams with relevant customer and transaction information for effective account management.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Certificate; higher qualifications (Vocational, Bachelor’s or Master’s) are welcomed.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration or related fields is preferred.
• Experience with customer records, data entry or transaction processing is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• UAE nationals only.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
