Business Setup Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Business Setup Consultant with deep knowledge of the UAE’s corporate landscape. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding entrepreneurs, investors and corporates through the selection of the optimal jurisdiction, structure and licensing pathway to meet their long‑term business and tax objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end advisory to clients entering the UAE, recommending Mainland, Freezone or DIFC jurisdictions based on their activity and goals.
• Map client business activities to the correct licensing authorities and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Design and implement DIFC holding structures, family office setups and cross‑border expansion plans.
• Coordinate with internal PRO, compliance, banking and tax teams to manage the full company formation lifecycle.
• Assist clients with corporate bank account opening and ensure KYC/AML readiness.
• Convert qualified leads into consulting engagements and upsell complementary services such as accounting, tax and audit.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in UAE business‑setup consultancy or a related advisory role.
• Strong understanding of Mainland, Freezone and DIFC licensing frameworks, corporate tax and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals, international investors and complex corporate structures.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE Mainland, major Freezones (e.g., IFZA, DMCC, Meydan) and DIFC company structures.
• Familiarity with corporate tax, KYC/AML procedures and regulatory approvals.
• Proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.
