About the role

As a Butler at Banyan Tree Dubai you will deliver highly personalised, intuitive, and discreet service throughout the guest journey. You will anticipate guests' needs, manage individual preferences, and create memorable experiences that reflect the brand's commitment to exceptional luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their accommodation and introduce room features, resort facilities, and available services.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of guest profiles, preferences, and special occasions to personalise each stay.
• Coordinate all aspects of the guest stay, acting as the primary point of contact for requests, including unpacking, dining reservations, transportation, spa appointments, and special experiences.
• Deliver amenities, gifts, and personalised welcome arrangements while proactively offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Handle guest enquiries, concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Spa and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, Concierge, or in a luxury front‑office role.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service and personalised hospitality.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are highly advantageous.
• Professional, warm, discreet approach with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
