Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services, from handling operational requests to providing local area highlights.
• Process guest transactions, complete reports, and ensure all interactions feel seamless.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift light objects.
• Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to uniform standards.
