Butler – Luxury Residential Service

About the role

InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking a polished, attentive Butler to deliver highly personalized and discreet service to residents and guests, ensuring every interaction feels recognized, valued, and truly at home.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests warmly, assisting with arrival and departure arrangements.
• Anticipate individual preferences, coordinate luggage handling, unpacking, and residence orientation.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, special occasions, deliveries, and other personalized requests.
• Liaise closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure prompt fulfillment of requests.
• Follow up on resident requests to confirm they meet expected standards.
• Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Recognize VIPs, long‑stay residents, and returning guests, communicating their preferences consistently.
• Respond to feedback or concerns professionally, taking ownership of resolution.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Butler or in a comparable luxury hospitality role.
• Strong ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Impeccable grooming, presentation, and service standards.
