Buy‑Side Sales Executive – Middle East

About the role

Tradeweb is seeking a Buy‑Side Sales Executive to expand its franchise across the Middle East from its Dubai office. You will leverage deep relationships with institutional investors and a strong understanding of fixed‑income and derivatives products to drive electronic trading adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, taking ownership from initial engagement through execution.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and new buy‑side clients, identifying opportunities to expand platform usage.
• Educate clients on Tradeweb’s electronic trading solutions, delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to shape the Middle East sales strategy and share market intelligence.
• Stay informed on market developments, competitor activity, and evolving client requirements to maintain Tradeweb’s leadership.
• Travel frequently across the Middle East to meet clients and support regional franchise growth.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience with a strong network of contacts in the Middle East institutional investor community.
• Extensive knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives products and their electronic trading workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build sales pipelines, generate new business, and close deals.
• Understanding of clearing, settlement and post‑trade processes is desirable.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑management and presentation skills.
• Arabic speaking ability is a plus.
