C# Developer – Electronic Trading FX (Low Latency)

About the role

We are seeking a senior C# Developer to join a leading investment bank’s next‑generation electronic trading platform for FX, rates and credit. The role focuses on building low‑latency, event‑driven systems that power real‑time pricing, distribution and straight‑through processing for front‑office traders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement latency‑critical components in C# for FX trading workflows.
• Integrate market data feeds, pricing libraries and execution venues using FIX and other protocols.
• Collaborate closely with traders, quants and platform engineers to translate business requirements into high‑performance code.
• Optimize multithreaded and concurrent systems to meet sub‑millisecond latency targets.
• Maintain and enhance existing trading and risk‑aware processing modules.

Required profile

• Strong experience in electronic FX trading or related front‑office systems.
• Proven ability to work on low‑latency, high‑throughput applications.
• Hands‑on experience with C# for performance‑critical code.
• Solid understanding of market data handling, pricing, and execution workflows.
