Cabin Crew Member – Sharjah, UAE

About the role

Acts as the airline’s ambassador, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑flight briefings, acknowledge flight details, and distribute roles.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures and administer first aid when needed.
• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and handle cabin data entry.
• Promote on‑board meals, products, and charity services to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct pre‑flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment, and catering items.
• Prepare post‑flight reports, evaluate cabin performance, and hand over the cabin to cleaning or maintenance staff.

Required profile

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• Fit to fly, good health, presentable and friendly demeanor.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, extended hours, and adapt to schedule changes.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• First aid training and safety‑procedure knowledge.
