CAC Cashier & MWR Specialist

About the role

The CAC Cashier & MWR Specialist supports daily resale operations and coordinates Military Community Recreation (MWR) events across multiple service locations in Abu Dhabi. The role blends cashier duties, alcohol sales compliance, and full‑cycle event management for a vibrant community environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate cashier stations for resale activities, including alcohol sales, while adhering to all regulations.
• Plan, market, set up, and tear down MWR special events, handling audiovisual equipment and décor.
• Arrange and supervise transportation for up to 20 entertainers, providing licensed drivers and vehicles.
• Maintain all MWR facilities clean, sanitary and professionally presented.
• Conduct weekly recreational programs such as bingo, Texas Hold’em, foosball, karaoke, video‑game tournaments and food giveaways.
• Respond to guest inquiries, manage game check‑ins/outs, and provide information on upcoming trips and tours.
• Ensure complimentary consumables (popcorn, pizza, donuts) are stocked and available.

Required profile

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to operate a manual‑transmission vehicle.
• Valid U.S. passport preferred.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a UAE residency visa.
• Compliance with USCENTCOM deployment policies, including COVID‑19 vaccination.
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (dust, high temperature).
