Cake Artist

About the role

We are seeking a talented Cake Artist to join Atelier Choulisse’s Dubai atelier. The successful candidate will translate bespoke client concepts into high‑end cakes, combining artistic vision with meticulous craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Decorate and finish bespoke cakes to luxury standards.
• Work confidently with chocolate ganache and fondant to achieve high‑end finishes.
• Create handcrafted decorative elements such as sugar flowers, figurines, textures and bespoke design features.
• Execute classic and contemporary cake designs with exceptional precision.
• Prepare cakes for delivery, ensuring structural stability and impeccable presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation in line with food‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to realise client designs.
• Contribute ideas for new collections, techniques and product development.
• Ensure timely completion of orders while upholding uncompromising quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cake Artist.
• Strong artistic ability with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Positive attitude, professionalism and a willingness to continuously learn.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
