Cake Decorator

About the role

The Cake Decorator will bring fun, festive, and memorable experiences to customers by creating customized cakes that meet exact specifications and delivery timelines. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will be responsible for the full decoration process from order receipt to final presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer designs using icing bags, handmade paper cones, airbrush guns, and other tools.
• Prepare and assemble soft‑serve and ready‑to‑decorate cakes, applying icings, gels, edible images, and lettering.
• Maintain inventory of decorated cakes and ensure display freezers are fully stocked.
• Operate and clean Cold Stone equipment while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist customers with sampling, product information, and sales.
• Keep the work area organized, follow rotation procedures, and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce uniform, intricate designs.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Accurate color vision for mixing icings and creating designs.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on consistent quality and service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with icing bags and handmade paper cones.
• Experience using airbrush guns, modeling tools, and mixers.
• Ability to operate Cold Stone cake and soft‑serve equipment safely.
• Basic inventory management and adherence to hygiene protocols.
