Call Center Agent

About the role

As a Call Center Agent for dubizzle, you will be the first point of contact for thousands of users across the UAE, handling inbound and outbound communications while supporting the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from multiple channels.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to achieve conversion targets and KPIs.
• Schedule and manage calendar appointments for the field sales team.
• Handle customer complaints, escalate issues to relevant stakeholders, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Respond to customer emails and WhatsApp messages while multitasking across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (written and verbal).
• At least 12 months experience in a call‑centre or telesales environment.
• Ability to work six days a week, including flexible hours and potential Fridays.
• Strong customer‑service attitude, work ethic and drive for success.
