Call Center Agent

About the role

Bayut & Dubizzle is seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join its fast‑paced team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for thousands of users, handling both inbound and outbound communications while supporting the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from multiple channels.
• Meet customer SLA targets to ensure satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and achieve conversion quotas and KPIs.
• Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
• Manage customer complaints, escalate to relevant stakeholders, and provide accurate reporting.
• Respond to customer emails and WhatsApp messages promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal English.
• At least 12 months experience in a call‑centre or telesales role.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Flexible availability six days a week, including potential Fridays.
• Strong customer‑service attitude, work ethic, and drive for success.
