Call Center Agent – Outbound Automotive Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our Automotive division in Dubai. You will handle outbound calls, present vehicle offers, and convert leads into test drives or service appointments in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal lead databases.
• Present automotive services, offers, and vehicle options professionally.
• Identify client needs and propose relevant vehicle or service solutions.
• Book test drives, service appointments, or showroom visits.
• Maintain accurate logs of conversations, outcomes, and preferences in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to calls, lead conversion, and bookings.
• Record all activities in the CRM platform and provide feedback on script performance.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for quality lead handling.
• Attend regular product and sales training sessions.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or similar roles (automotive industry preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and objection‑handling abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Positive, target‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation processes.
