Call Center Agent – Outbound Automotive Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team and handle outbound calls for our Automotive division. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a target‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal lead databases and present automotive services, offers, and vehicle options.
• Understand client needs, book test drives, service appointments, or showroom visits, and record outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to calls, lead conversion, and bookings, and provide feedback on script performance.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams, attend product and sales training sessions, and stay informed about vehicle arrivals, promotions, and service packages.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or similar roles (automotive industry preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and objection‑handling skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, target‑oriented mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure.

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 3,500 per month.
• Performance‑based incentive ranging from AED 1,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
• Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, medical insurance, and ongoing training.
• Full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai.
