About the role
The Customer Care Agent will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email or chat. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email or chat, providing accurate product and policy information.
- Resolve issues by troubleshooting, guiding customers, or escalating when necessary, aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, promotions and company policies to answer queries effectively.
- Record all interactions in the CRM system and prepare reports or feedback for management.
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and track any unresolved matters for escalation.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communication or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or a related role is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using CRM software.
