Call Center Representative

About the role

The Customer Care Agent will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality support through phone, email or chat. You will ensure inquiries are answered promptly and issues are resolved to create a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, promotions and policies.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system and prepare relevant reports.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communication or business is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
