Call Center Representative

About the role

Be You Clinic, an aesthetic clinic in Dubai, is looking for a full‑time Call Center Representative to manage inbound and outbound client communications. The role is on‑site and focuses on delivering accurate information about services, appointments, and supporting a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place inbound/outbound calls, addressing client inquiries about clinic services and appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and update bookings in the clinic’s system.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Resolve client concerns and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with front‑desk and clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
• Ability to handle high call volumes, multitask, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic; additional languages spoken in Dubai are a plus.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or client‑facing role within an aesthetic or healthcare setting.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and general computer literacy.
