About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused Call Center Representatives to join our fast‑growing fintech company in Dubai. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who want to develop their career in a dynamic, high‑energy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
