About the role
The Campus Boss will champion Vertiv’s presence on university campuses, embodying the company’s core principles and driving strategic priorities through campus engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Promote Vertiv’s brand and values across campus events and activities.
- Support the execution of Vertiv’s strategic priorities such as high‑performance culture, customer focus, operational excellence, innovation and financial strength.
- Apply Vertiv’s core principles – safety, integrity, respect, teamwork and inclusion – in all campus initiatives.
Required profile
- Commitment to safety, integrity, respect, teamwork and inclusion.
- Demonstrates Vertiv behaviors: ownership, urgency, customer‑first mindset, big‑thinking, leading by example, continuous improvement, learning and transparent communication.
