About the role

Approved Automotive, a leading premium used‑car dealership in Dubai, is seeking a driven Car Sales & Consignment Specialist to deliver a consultative sales experience and grow its high‑performance inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a consultative, process‑driven sales journey from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Match customers with suitable vehicles and finance solutions based on genuine needs.
• Drive the sales pipeline through showroom walk‑ins, inbound leads, prospecting and follow‑ups.
• Source vehicles from the market and add them to Approved Automotive’s stock on consignment (SOR).
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑ons.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for every deal.

Required profile

• Natural relationship builder who quickly earns trust.
• Process‑oriented, detail‑conscious and competitively driven.
• Motivated by results rather than activity.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Based in Dubai and available to start immediately.
