Car Sales & Consignment Specialist

About the role

GTA Cars, a leading premium used‑car dealership in Dubai, is seeking a motivated Car Sales & Consignment Specialist. You will guide customers through the entire buying journey, from the first enquiry to vehicle hand‑over, while also expanding our consignment inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a consultative, process‑driven sales experience for every customer.
• Match clients with suitable vehicles and finance solutions based on genuine needs.
• Drive the sales pipeline through showroom walk‑ins, inbound leads, prospecting and follow‑ups.
• Source vehicles from the market and add them to GTA’s stock on consignment (SOR).
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑ons.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for each deal.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in automotive sales; UAE experience preferred but strong UK/European/Australian backgrounds considered.
• Solid knowledge of premium and performance vehicle makes and models.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Result‑oriented, detail‑conscious and comfortable in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
