Carpenter

About the role

Hilton is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join its facilities team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will ensure the hotel’s building and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards, supporting an excellent guest experience through timely repairs and custom carpentry work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain doors, windows, furniture and other hotel fixtures.
• Complete the guest‑room maintenance schedule on time.
• Build required items, including specialty furniture and custom fittings.
• Operate, service and maintain carpentry tools and equipment.
• Prepare and update preventative maintenance schedules.
• Take measurements, install fixtures and make adjustments as needed.
• Log daily tasks and ensure quality inspections meet Hilton standards.
• Assist with related services and special projects while following health and safety rules.

Required profile

• Trade qualification as a Carpenter (proof may be required).
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to high‑level customer service and professional grooming.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and within set timeframes.
