Case Manager

About the role

The Case Manager will oversee a defined caseload of clients, delivering evidence‑based programming rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and ensuring accurate documentation of treatment outcomes. Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the role blends clinical oversight with team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adjust program schedules to meet student IEP objectives, including staff rostering.
• Maintain organized client records such as individualized education plans, monthly clinic notes, case review notes, and behavior intervention plans.
• Support therapy staff in implementing one‑on‑one intervention programs.
• Lead regular team meetings, providing constructive feedback to the therapy team.
• Train guardians and family members on intervention techniques.
• Provide a minimum of 10 hours of direct client contact each week.
• Mentor new staff, modeling appropriate on‑shift behavior.
• Prepare annual performance evaluations for supervised personnel.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Psychology.
• At least three years of experience applying ABA principles.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential or enrollment in a BCBA program.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
