Catering Manager – Industrial & Camp Services

About the role

Al Jazeera International Catering is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead its Mussafah, Abu Dhabi operations. The role focuses on overseeing daily industrial or camp catering services, ensuring high‑quality food delivery, safety compliance and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day catering operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and supervise catering teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Plan menus while maintaining quality, cost control, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Management or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial or camp catering within the Middle East.
• Proven team leadership, workforce management and client‑relation experience.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP.
• Excellent menu planning, cost control and operational management skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately (preferred).
