Chartered Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a CA‑qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The role involves reviewing internal audit controls, supporting audit activities, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations while applying solid accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Review and recommend changes in internal audit controls.
• Execute audit assistant functions to verify the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulatory guidelines and generally accepted auditing standards.
• Assess and recommend improvements to accounting systems and controls for business units.
• Verify accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries for accuracy.
• Reconcile bank deposits and payments.
• Analyze budgets, balance sheets, and related financial statements.
• Confirm that accounting books and records align with industry practices and corporate policies.

Required profile

• CA qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in audit and accounting.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
