Chef De Cuisine – Farm to Table Market Kitchen

About the role

The Chef De Cuisine will lead the Market Kitchen operating under a Farm to Table concept with a modern American focus. Acting as a culinary ambassador, the role involves direct guest interaction and the creation of innovative grill‑focused menus that reinforce the restaurant’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation, presentation, hygiene and consistency meet the highest standards.
• Develop and execute seasonal, grill‑themed menus and signature dishes that reflect the Farm to Table philosophy.
• Manage culinary staffing – recruitment, training, performance management and succession planning.
• Maintain full compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP standards and company sanitation policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef in a high‑end operation.
• 6–8 years progressive culinary leadership within luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants or renowned international groups.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Menu development – especially innovative grill‑focused concepts.
• Food safety compliance (HACCP and UAE regulations).
